DevPool-12M 12 Months Contract

The 12 Month Contract is a fixed contract with a fixed monthly cost per resource. The monthly fixed cost per resource is typically less than the 6 month contract price. We require a minimum of 2 developers for this pool. Resources are dedicated to the Client's project. Each Consultant is project managed by the client.

Resource skills can be custom mapped to a wide variety of skills desired by the client.

6 Month fixed contract with a fixed monthly cost per resource. We require a minimum of 4 resources in this pool. Resources are dedicated to the Client's project. The Consultants are project managed by the client.

  • How long does it take to get a Consultant for a Client project?
    Each request is a Custom Search within our proprietary data base. However the process moves pretty fast and a placement is possible within 2 weeks of start. 
  • What are the requirements from the US Company?
    The main requirement is that the Client be comfortable working with Remote Developers. If you are comfortable working with your developers in your city or across the US, you will have no problems with our developers. 
  • How do the developers communicate?
    All our developers use English as a primary language and have high communication skills.  
  • What are the Consultants rates? 
    Consultant rates vary based on the technologies you are looking for and the duration of the contract. We are very transparent about Consultant rates with our clients. Since our resources are based in India, clients in the US can expect savings in excess of 50% for similar resources. 
  • Do we need to sponsor the Consultants? 
    No. Our Consultants are employed by us or our partners in India and work for you on your projects as remote resources on your projects through Remote technologies. They do not physically cross borders and therefore do not require any work documents. 
  • Are the Consultants dedicated to our projects? 
    Yes! All DevPool-12M and DevPool-6M Consultants are dedicated to the Client's Projects only and the client is responsible for managing their day to day work. 
  • What are the support resources from you?
    For all our Consultant placements we provide a US based Solutions Manager and an India based Solutions Manager. These managers are responsible for managing the relationship with the client and addressing any issues and concerns that may arise in the engagement.
